What if something's not working? Who do I contact?

First, try what you did again, and see if it works. The internet is not a guaranteed network, and sometimes excessive traffic somewhere between your web browser and our servers cause things to get lost.

If it's still a problem, send a private message to the Administrator, or alternatively to support@livingOUTthere.com, and we will look into the issue as soon as possible. Please supply as much information about what's not working as possible, including your operating system and version, your browser and version, how you got to the page that's not working, if you entered any data, what was it, what exactly happened, etc. The more information you can provide, the faster we will likely be able to solve the problem.

Remember, we're a free site, so sometimes things take time.

If your account has expired on www.livingOUTthere.com (which happens after six months of inactivity on the site), you can eMail support@livingOUTthere.com, and provided it expired within the last six months, we can reinstate your account. Please include your user name in the eMail.
