Was at Kiwe (for King West) Kitchen — at 587 King Street West in Toronto — Wednesday evening for dinner. While the decor is not too bad and the space has an OK feel, I found the food average (although the capresse salad was nice), and when my and my companion's steaks arrived, our medium-rares were pretty well done. They rectified the problems, but for the money ($90 each all in, which was appetiser, main, and a bottle of wine), we could have done better elsewhere.

I'll have to hear some great things about Kiwe and that it has changed before I'll be back.
