What's up with Mulroney stashing cash in safety-deposit boxes??

I don't know about you, but anyone that decides it's better to put heaps of cash in a secret place as opposed to deposit it into a bank account reminds me of pirates of days of yore. And you know, Captain Jack Sparrow notwithstanding, most of those pirates were criminals. So what's up with one of our past prime ministers deciding to hide his treasure?? All rather suspicious if you ask me.
