Found a nice wine!

Had some friends over for dinner the other night, and as an appetizer, served a chèvre, caramelised onion, and dried black olive tart. I went to the LCBO at Summerhill (love that store!), and found one of the very helpful wine people, and asked for a recommendation for an appropriate, complimentary wine. Well, she found a very nice Portuguese one. I probably shouldn’t be telling you all this, ‘cause you’ll all go out and buy it and then I’ll be pooched and won’t be able to get any more, but nonetheless, it went VERY well with the tart. Quinta da Alorna, Castelão, 2005. A very nice red.
