Site Tour
Welcome to www.livingOUTthere.com, and welcome to the site tour! Even though livingOUTthere.com is a free site (and we do mean completely free), we understand that some of you would like to get a bit of an idea of what's inside before you register, and so that's why we've created this tour.
When you log-in, the first thing you'll see is the front page.

Before we get to the features, we'll describe the front page a bit. There are two main sets of menus that will appear on every page, plus the link tabs along the top for a set of brief 'getting started' instructions (the New? tab), information about the site, access to the FAQs, and the logout link.
The top set of menus (Chat, Member Search, etc.) will take you to all the general features of the website, whereas the set of menus along the right side (Messages, Your Friends, etc.) take you to things that are more about you.
Every page is divided into a main content area, and two side-bar areas. On the main page, the content shows you who's new on the site, followed by activity of your friends (if you've enabled that in your account settings), followed by a list of activity on the site in general.
www.livingOUTthere.com is chalk-full of features. Click the links below to take you to a description of each feature.
- Full Profile, providing one of the most complete profiles on the net. And, this profile is accessible to those who are not even members of livingOUTthere.com.
- Galleries and photos, where you can create up to ten galleries, upload photos, and associate them with galleries.
- Your own blog to express yourself and your views.
- Member Search, where you can select criteria to narrow your search for compatible members.
- Marking Favourite Profiles for members that you like, and viewing them later.
- Private Messages, where you can send messages to other members, and read your own.
- Chat with other members real-time.
- Forums to share ideas, debate, and discuss.
- Classifieds to buy, sell, or even find a special someone.
- An Events Calendar, where you can post your events for all members to see.
- Friends and keeping up with what your friends are doing on the site.
- Your Visitors lets you see who’s check you out.
